Biography

My story up to now

I enjoy working in different environments and in settings where there is a need to use initiative and creativity to accomplish goals. I have enjoyed working with grassroots organizations, community groups, university departments and in the IT and digital media industries, through the provision of research support, organizational development advice and creative solutions to reach their aims.

Through my work, I have developed transferable skills such as interpersonal and communication skills, for example:

the ability to communicate with very different audiences in clear formats, brigding sectors and agendas;
the use of diplomatic skills and creative ways to tackle conflict resolution;
the capacity to work well under pressure in large and small groups where there is a need to multitask and fulfil tight deadlines;
and more generally, the aptitute to work well both individually and as part of a team.
